Refund policy

All Luxsell products are digital files delivered instantly on purchase. Because access cannot be returned once granted, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed orders.

If a download link fails, a file is corrupted or you received the wrong product, contact support@luxsell.co within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will repair or replace the file at no cost.

Duplicate charges caused by a payment error are refunded in full. Send both transaction references and we will process the reversal within three business days.
